Market Technology is the business division within Nasdaq responsible for commercialization, sales, and provisioning of services to all markets and firms outside the Nasdaq group. A key area of expertise is Risk Management where we provide solutions and services to both market participants, broker dealers, and market infrastructure operators such as clearinghouses and CSDs.
The Market Technology division is looking for a self-motivated, diligent, and driven Product Manager (AVP) for the Risk Management Area. The Product Manager will have responsibility for all risk management services and solutions provided to Market Technology clients in all segments of the capital markets including clearing houses, exchanges, and broker / dealers / GCMs.
Product Management is the heart of Nasdaq’s business. It’s where we push ideas that enhance how consumers can use our products and services, and where the business connects directly with our development teams. We are actively involved in new sales opportunities with pre-sales support, and with business development activities with existing clients. We define the roadmap for long-term product strategy and execution by gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal departments to deliver the business and product plans.
Nasdaq is a global organization with clients in more than 50 countries, and development centers in US, Europe, and the APAC region. As a Product Manager, you need to be both a leader and an expert, to ensure we leverage all enterprise capabilities to address client / market opportunities in an innovative way. You will as a Product Manager be the informal leader that influence how the Product is architected and can easily zoom in from strategy to implementation details to ensure we build a product that deliver on the strategic objectives. You are also comfortable in discussions with senior client decision makers being the domain expert in risk management representing the broader Nasdaq’s domain expertise in the field.
Based on that we often provide a broad suite of solutions to a client, you will also work closely with other product managers to design a solution that addresses a broad set of client needs.
