Nasdaq Position Overview

Nasdaq is looking for a CRM Support Specialist and Developer who will manage the support and administration of the SalesForce system and its related enhancements. The CRM Support Specialist and Developer manages development work for projects, migrations, and ongoing enhancements, builds and support sprints and development of new reports and analytics, and provides user support for SalesForce users. Moreover, he/she works in coordination with CRM team to support users globally across multiple divisions.


  • Provides daily user support and training for CRM and reporting systems;
  • Assists with management of CRM development and business process improvement initiatives;
  • Works closely with internal customers to understand business strategies and CRM needs;
  • Gathers, documents, and analyzes business requirements;
  • Develops high level and detailed design documentation;
  • Assists with project implementation, including system configuration and testing;
  • Assists with creation of ad hoc reports and analytics;
  • Monitors, enforces, and improves data quality and integrity;
  • Understands, maintains, and updates system interface requirements;
  • Opens, monitors, and escalates system issues to SalesForce or US-based support team;
  • Researches, tests, and implements new CRM functionality and released;
  • Documents and prioritizes numerous tasks, projects, and training;
  • Communicates system changes, enhancements, issues, and status to users;
  • Investigates and brainstorms potential solutions for complex issues and enhancement requests;
  • Identifies best solutions with preference to leveraging out of the box functionality and configuration over custom development where possible;
  • Performs quality SalesForce development when needed that operations efficiently with little to no increase in support efforts;


This is a permanent full-time role (night shift) based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Desired start date is as soon as possible. Applications with resume attachments will be prioritized.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent;
  • 3+ years’ experience with;
  • Advanced skills in Apex programming and Visualforce framework;
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer;
  • Experience with Salesforce DX platform;
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce including triggers, workflows, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy;
  • Experience with complex CRM implementations involving multiple system interfaces and varied user base;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple critical projects with high attention to detail;
  • Ability to remain patient and courteous when fielding user complaints and system issues;
  • Experience with enterprise databases and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Bus for integrations a plus;
  • Experience in building ASP.NET web applications a plus;
  • Experience in supporting services using IIS a plus;
  • Experience with CPQ or Order Management a plus;
  • Experience in developing SOAP based web-services in Visual Studio using C# a plus.
