Nasdaq Position Overview

As our PR Sales Specialist you manage and grow revenue, maximize customer satisfaction and achieve company’s strategic objectives within corporate accounts in the French-speaking countries in Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg). Our PR Solutions for Corporates are presented on our website: 


  • Generates new revenue for Nasdaq through new client acquisition and upselling of Nasdaq products and services to existing clients as assigned by management
  • Spends a minimum of 50% of time outside of office 
  • Develops and executes quarterly sales plan for the allocated territory to help hit quota
  • Logs sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, and next steps) in CRM 
  • Accurately forecasts revenue, sales, and revenue risk opportunities.
  • Consults with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs.
  • Recommends solutions, prepare and present proposals and get contracts executed.
  • Conducts presentations and product demonstrations
  • Cultivates and maintains high level relationships within client organizations.
  • Feeds customer and market intelligence back to the Regional Sales Manager and relevant commercial managers.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams such as Operations, Product Development, Marketing and other members of the client-facing team.
  • Monitors the external market for an evolving understanding of our customers’ requirements and the competition. 
  • Achieves all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

  • College/university degree or relevant sales experience in software sales
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in direct sales, ideally selling into any of these departments: Investor Relations, Company Secretary, Corporate Communications, PR agencies, marketing and Digital Strategy departments
  • Understanding some of the above workflows and having the ability to speak and relate to a meaningful and influential level to various corporate clients to make recommendations in regards to products and services
  • Proven success in managing all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new business relationships with all levels of enterprise organisations. A true hunter mentality
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a globally dispersed organization to meet clients' needs
  • Ability to create successful sales strategies for Nasdaq products 
  • Must have strong communications skills
  • High level client issue resolution skills
  • Organisational skills, problem solving, strong pipeline management skills
  • Strong detail orientation with numbers, follow through and contract details
  • Professional experience with CRMs (SalesForce), Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • French native speaker, fluent in English (able to sell our PR Services in English)
