A key responsibility for the trading department is to ensure the high quality of our premium product; Genium Inet Trading platform. This is a complex system with very high quality and performance requirements, and Nasdaq is now looking to add highly skilled QA testers to the team.

Reporting to the Manager in Vilnius, you will belong to an international team of Test Engineers that ensure the high quality of the trading platform. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of Business Analysts, Developers and Test Engineers and will be responsible for taking new functions through all steps in our QA process including both manual and automated testing. This position is an exciting opportunity to develop your personal, technical, and leadership skills, while gaining an extensive knowledge of the exchange industry in general and the trading domain in particular.
We are looking to get in touch with candidates with about 3 years of experience in testing, preferably from the financial industry. In addition, we are looking for candidates with a passion for quality, great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes according to needs. Working in a constantly changing environment, we are expecting you to have an agile mindset combined with a positive attitude and strong initiative. We also welcome candidates with leadership experience.
