Nasdaq Position Overview

We are looking for Business Operations Support to join Nasdaq BWise team.

Main responsibilities:


Executing back office tasks to support the full business of a GRC software vendor and solution integrator including activities/topics such as Contracts, Partners, Contract Base, Commissions, Monthly Reporting, Management Reporting, Invoicing and AP/AR processes.

RFx Management

Support and coordinate the entire RFx process and procedure. Including tasks such as compiling the answer, distributing the responsibilities/response areas within the team, populating with standard answers where applicable, gaining knowledge of the customer...

Generic Management Support

Supporting the regional leadership roles, both within Sales and Professional Services, in executing the business plan and reporting on the business (forecasting, resourcing, KPIs and other statistics).

Project Support

Supporting the regional project management in executing the implementation services through project administration and support tasks, including executing minor project management activities where applicable. Also includes set-up and maintaining project planning including resolution of planning conflicts, creation of other project documentation, organize internal and external progress meetings, generates and manages project Change Requests, communicates and files project progress information, creation of project KPI and financial overviews, maintaining the SharePoint environment and partner management.

Sales Support

Enable New Business Sales and Strategic Account Managers in creating high quality proposals towards new or existing customers. Help develop commercial material, monitor proposal deadline and follow-up. Support during the bid management process, customer and contract management. Support with administration of partners, NDA’s and terminations.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

  • Education Required: Post graduate Degree qualified in Business, Computer Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience/ or recent graduate
  • Experience Required: 0 to 4/5 years


Skills, Requirements and Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office and most common back office tools such as Sales Force, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Clarity is a plus….
  • Fluent in French and English, both orally and written, Spanish/Italian/Portuguese is a plus
